The staff were polite, energetic, and spoke excellent Japanese. They effectively taught us using gestures and made sure we understood all the important points. Every time we ran out of bait, they would come into the tent to replenish it. After an hour, they fried the Wakasagi we caught into tempura. It was absolutely delicious.
